Kelly is the capacity building director at Student Success Network. In this role, she leads strategies to strengthen systems change within youth-serving nonprofits and oversees collective impact initiatives to advance equity in New York City education and career pathways. Through her former roles at the American Public Health Association, the National Institutes of Health, and the University of Pennsylvania, she brings a social-ecological perspective to helping marginalized populations achieve their full potential. Kelly earned her master’s degree in public health at George Washington University and her bachelor of science degree at Howard University.
