Evaluating the Efficacy of Medical-Legal Partnerships that Address Social Determinants of Health

A paper published in Progress in Community Health Partnerships: Research, Education, and Action describes the work undertaken by the Accelerating Health Equity, Advancing through Discovery initiative established through a grant provided by the AAMC and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
