The AAMC Center for Health Justice has joined the National Minority Quality Forum, the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, and 16 organizations as a member of the Data Equity Coalition. The coalition was formed to improve health outcomes through better, more accurate and more representative data on race, ethnicity and language, and sexual orientation and gender identification. Developing a standardized approach to this important data can be critical to ensuring everyone in America has an equal opportunity to attain their highest level of health.
