Social Determinants of Health & Health Equity: A Conversation with the Coalition for Health Funding

AAMC Center for Health Justice was featured in a November 15 panel converstation and congressional briefing with the Coalition for Health Funding titled "Social Determinants of Health & Health Equity". The panel, which launched the CHF Public Health Week of Action, featured speakers from many of the coalition's members sharing what their organization is doing to address social determinants of health, and what congress can do to support their efforts.
