The January edition of the American Journal of Public Health published online ahead of print features an article co-authored by the AAMC Center for Health Justice. In the article, To Demonstrate Trustworthiness, Public Health Must Listen, Reflect, Act, and Revisit, the authors explore the decline in trust in public health institutions reported among U.S. adults and the impact of its Principles of Trustworthiness Toolkit. The resource was originated by and codeveloped with dozens of researchers and multisector community partners to help institutions earn the trust of their community by demonstrating they are worthy of it.
