As the founder of Redemption & Advancement Alliance and Next Level Freedom, he pioneers evidence-informed programs that overcome cycles of violence, incarceration, and poverty to foster economic mobility and social impact.
He is dedicated to engaging people who have been involved with the justice system with dignity, equity, and influence through innovative solutions that address the social determinants of health, equipping individuals and institutions with the tools to achieve sustainable transformation.
