Nālani is a dynamic health care leader dedicated to advancing health equity and transforming care systems through innovative programming and strategic partnerships. With over a decade of experience in the health care sector, Nālani has championed initiatives that leverage data-driven insights to address social drivers of health and dismantle systemic inequities.
As director of social drivers of health at the National Association of Community Health Centers, Nālani leads transformative efforts that engage more than 1,400 Federally Qualified Health Centers nationwide. Passionate about creating resilient, inclusive communities, she remains committed to shaping a future where equitable access to quality care is not an aspiration but a reality for all.
Nālani earned her master’s degree in public health from The George Washington University and her bachelor of science degree from Drew University. She also attained her project management professional certification in 2017.
