Generation Z Challenges Partisan Divides for Health Equity

An article published in the American Journal of Public Health and authored by AAMC staff looks at data from the Center for Health Justice’s December 2022 nationally representative poll of Generation Z adults. The analysis found that despite a diversity of political identification, there was broad agreement about the importance of health care, economic, and housing policy to improve the health of communities. Engaging these young people will be key to mobilizing and developing the next generation to be the health equity leaders of tomorrow.
